It means Obamacare (the so-called "Affordable Care Act") is not going to cut health care costs -- it's going to raise them, and as a result it's going to make our deficit bigger.

It's summer now and there has been this guy that I have been into since september 2010, and when we first started talking (as friends) it was sexual and ever since then it was always sexual, and I had no problem with it. But then in december 2010 I found out he was talking to this girl, and he was in love with her, while he was trying to mess around with me, then I got mad and I didn't talk to him, then I would forgive him, and that went on until mid March 2011 & we finally messed around (I gave him a bl0w j0b) & after that we were really really good friends, and then after about a month later he told me that he was ready to settle down with someone, but it wasn't me, so that hurt me & I was devastated because I felt a connection to him, after doing that stuff with him, and then we made up, and then stopped talking, and ever since about mid may we haven't talked and he deleted me off facebook and I didn't even do anything to him, and now he's always in my head and I can't get him out. Every song I hear or car I see reminds me of him. I'm literally loosing it and I don't know what to do. Help please :/ and he is still talking to that girl, and I think there going out, but I'm not sure, and I don't get it, she is so ugly. That just irritates the living sh*t out of me.

I just got a new phone from cricket and they didn't have any screen protectors for my phone.They said come in the next day to get it.There's fingerprints on my phone but I dont want them to show when the protector is on.What do I do to not have them show?

my guess is that you blew a speaker, even if you didnt have it that high. i know apple is supposed to last, but even old things ave to wear out sometimes. if you dont want to believe that, and you think it was the app or software glitch, try a restore and that should do it if it had anything to do with software.

How long must you date in order to ask her to be your gf? is there a time frame?

we known each other since march. went out on a date since late may, dating for a month now. i want to ask tomorrow over dinner. I dont want to miss my chance. I feel its' mutual and shes just waiting but who knows what shes thinking haha. what you guys think? 1 month too early?

What should I do if my friend and I like the same guy?

First of all, I will tell you I've only seriously had a crush on 3 people; my ex-boyfriend (who I still talk to on a regular basis... We dated for 7 months and broke up because I had slot of family issues I was dealing with), a guy I've known since elementary school (who spent all of the homecoming dance doing the sprinkler with me freshman year, finally attempting to slow dance with me at the end), and this guy (ive known him since middle school and have gotten to know him really well these past few months). The guy who I currently really like is essentially the same person as me... We like the same movies (mostly m. Brooks, m. Python, and generally older films), tv shows, music (Frank Sinatra and Mumford and Sons), take the same classes, are both crappy speakers and are in love with band. He understands me better than anyone ever has, and we only started becoming really good friends 2 months ago when we were paired up for an English project... We couldn't stop talking after that. My friend has known him since middle school as well and was in the same science club as him and used to have a really big crush on him, though she went to a different highschool (up until now... The summer before our junior year.. She is now going to the same school As this guy and I). Well, today during marching practice she was reminded of jut how sweet he was, so she is going to ask him out tomorrow. What I worry about is the fact that she has yet to break up with her current boyfriend (though she is planning on it) and seems to go from one boy to the next... Like she needs to have a boyfriend at all times. She knows I like this guy too, but she also knows I've never really obsessed over boys, so she asked if I would care if she dated him, of course I said I didn't care... Which was dumb... I'm just afraid she's going to end up hurting either herself or him if they go out, because she is literally mortal enemies with every single one of her exes at the moment. What should I do?!?!?
