US visa and Overstay?

A company filed for an L1 visa the day before your visa ran out? You spent your time jobhunting while on a tourist visa and you are suspected of visa fraud, plus overstay. And you stayed almost another month after you received your denial notification. You should have left immediately when you were notified. There will be no "next visit." Betcha you are on a watch list and inadmissible. Your behaviors are way too suspicious, and you have visa denial on your record. Stay out of the US for quite a while, possibly permanently.
