How do you train for killing zombies?

since the late fifties zombies hae made their way into our movies, tv, our games, and apperently our music (remember thriller). well since the cdc did come out with a procedure of how you might handle the sombie apocalypse (whether you believe its just a joke or not) how are you getting ready to protect yourslef and those around you.
