Does it say how many of those 43,945 vehicle crashes were caused by some dope head on Marijuana, or how many of the 31,224 firearm deaths or the 18,361 Homicides, or 34,598 Suicides, or the 806,156 Cardiovascular deats were brought on by smoking dope, of course it does not.
