Need Help??? Why is HIV rate so high among minorities?

Probably because there are 11x more white people than there are black people in the country (more or less). Also, ethnic minorities tend to have higher poverty, and poverty leads to despair and negligence...both of which contribute to STD infection as well as drug abuse.
