Totaly cofused about life and job?

i hav persuade b.com and after this i am doing hardware networking 4m hcl cdc...........what else can i do to get good placement in good company ........and my age is 27..???? i just want settle within these 2 to 3 years.......plzzzzzzzzzz help me
