Weight question...How can I drop 25 pounds, in a healthy manner?
so Im 5'5 and I weigh 155 pounds. My BMI is 25 so I'm overweight according to the CDC, although I am big boned so it does compensate for some weight. I would like to drop down to 130 to be lean, I mean skinny, super skinny. I want to be one of those skinny kids lol. I want to do it in a healthy way though I want to drop it through exercise and healthy eating. If anyone knows anything about nutrition and exercise please drop me a line or two. Your help will be much appreciated. Ideally i would like a someone to work with me to set up a plan so I can reach my GOAL!!!!
