What are some sweet 16 theme ideas?

My older sister is turning 16 in march.Time flies by fast and we still need some ideas for the theme.My sister wants to do something out of the ordianary.Something that no one has done before.Any ideas?Oh and if you know any website that sells dresses for a sweet 16 then that would also be great.
